Who we are

Led by both of us.

Van de Water Advisory was founded by two senior practitioners with backgrounds including EY, Nike, Uber, and KPMG — who between them have led tax functions, navigated eight-figure VAT recoveries, and embedded AI into real finance workflows at scale.

We built this firm because we kept seeing the same gap: companies at the moment of real complexity, with no senior tax or finance resource they could actually reach.

Every engagement is personally led. No layers. No handoffs to someone who wasn't in the room.

On AI

We use AI as a core part of how we deliver — not as a product promise, but as a genuine working methodology. It lets us move faster, think more clearly, and bring a level of analytical depth that traditional advisory simply can't match at this price point. More on our AI approach is coming in summer 2026.
