Engagements run up to 40 hours per week across 4–24 weeks — full-time or part-time, shaped around the mandate. We work on-site, remotely, or a combination.

Implementation Sprint · 4–8 weeks

We select two or three workflows with the highest return — research and memo drafting, document review, compliance preparation — build the prompt library and tooling around them, and train your team as we go. It ends with tools in daily use that your team owns and keeps improving without us.

Typically 8–16 hours per month, structured around your rhythm — whether that's a weekly check-in, a monthly deep-dive, or something in between. More or fewer hours where the situation calls for it. The model adapts to what you actually need.
